But despite his general grumpiness towards others, he loves everyone at Country Livin ----to our amazement . Their groomet did an amazing job fixing a disastrous scissoring job I had done in desperation to help him cool off (he is an aussie and he was suffering from the heat and humidity--I know everyone says to leave the undercoat but he was suffering and this was the right choice.

So my new vet call them to get his shots verified because we have no paperwork and she was rude telling my vet she doesnt have time to print papers and refuses to fax them over so my dog can get nails trimmed. Never in my life have i heard of this type of treatment for a place like a vet. Terrible service and both the secretary and the vet are rude as could be. 3 of us called and me, my fiance, and my vet were treated very poorly. I never leave bad reviews but this is next level bad.

They are so good at calming him down and making him feel relaxed and special. He loves to go get his nails done. We like that they are a veteran run business, as we are as well. They have always gotten us right in whenever we've gone. So far we've only used the grooming side of the business, but we're thinking about going over to the training side, in the coming year. We'll post again at that time but for now, we love the experiences we've had with grooming.

Jane was wonderful and easy to work with. I am red Cross certified in animal first aid, and was very pleased to hear Jane was too. My girls aren't special needs really, but it was good to know that if anything happened, Jane was equipped to make the right call. I am sure we were a bundle of nerves leaving our elderly dogs with someone on the fly like that, but my girls were well cared for, and neighbors all said Jane was at my house like clock work. We have a fenced in yard, so my dogs didn't have to be walked, and she even went the extra mile and took them for a walk anyway! We couldn't be happier with her services, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.
