And never long in the exam room. We love Allison! She is amazing & deserves a raise! She cares! And she knows her stuff. She continues to prove herself to me/us over and over again. I don't tend to leave a lot of reviews, but this place is dangerous!! Went in to get my knee checked out, from a sports injury and inquire about seeing a therapist. Went to get an X-ray, after waiting almost a month to get the X-ray details, my doctor (on the day of the appointment) switches from in person to tela health. Things like that make a person feel like a number, it's dehumanizing. She didn't have answers, which means more appointments, and more waiting. I am almost positive the staff here doesn't know the difference between psychology and psychiatry. Arrived as scheduled 30 minutes ahead of the appointment to fill out paperwork, then waited 25 minutes past the appointment start time for my mental health appointment (they were 25 minutes late starting the appointment). Asking multiple people (including my PCP) about seeing a therapist resulted in a psychiatric evaluation by two nurses practitioners who were not mental health professionals. The evaluation itself was a farce, I sat across the desk while a computer dictated the evaluation to the nurses, again completely dehumanizing! I went here for help!! The result from the non-mental health professionals was lab work and some strange neuro appointment, after I told them, all I wanted was to see a therapist. Felt like I was on the expressway to the pharmacy, after one evaluation I never asked for. Now I have to start this process all over again. While in the waiting room only ten minutes I watched three different people walk in with ziplock bags full of pill bottles!! No thanks!! If I could give less then 1 star I would!! P.S. I saw Dr Jinnail. Not sure if that's her first or last name. She was very quick to get rid of me as a patient. She had zero resolutions, just on to the next for her. P.P.S I saw Betty Jones for the Physc evaluation, she was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. She didn't know what she was doing, and it's MENTAL HEALTH!! she's very dangerous, and she writes scripts!!!! P.P.S. ON THE DAY I MADE THIS REVIEW, (HAHAHA) I FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE, ABOUT A REFERRAL FOR THERAPY, THAT CAME THROUGH ON THE 13TH, ITS THE 15TH, AND I ASKED FOR THERAPY ON THE 19TH OF THE PRIOR MONTH!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD, I HAD TO GO OUTSIDE THIS BACKWARDS MEDICAL PRACTICE TO FIND NY OWN THERAPIST, BEFORE THEIR REFERRAL EVEN CAME THROUGH!!!!

I called the office and was told it was likely a discussion you had with the doctor outside of you physical. Which in fact we discussed my weight but at no time was I made aware that simply having a discussion about my weight was an add on charge of $450 this whole medical thing it totally out of hand. This is a doctor I felt comfortable with and thought I could trust WTF

It took an additional five phone calls to find out the results. I'm now waiting an additional 5 days to see if this scared doctor will give me antibiotic or wait so long I once again become septic. The last message the MA gave me was she'd tell the dr about my symptoms but he was hesitant to give me antibiotics as I may become immune to them. Meanwhile ignoring the fact that I have a UTI infection. The last time I spoke to the MA she promised to get me an answer before the office closes for 3 days. Guess what!! She lied. I'm just sitting here sick with blood sugar numbers out of control. .
