She charged us for 300$ of our deposit for magic damages that popped up. She did a walkthrough about 2 months prior and said it was fine. The damages were things she was aware of and never fixed. These were issues of wear and tear. There was a hole in the closet upon moving in 2 years ago that she never fixed, mold in the bathroom because the fan wasnt good, stove didnt work, paint peeled, etc. You cannot charge people for wear and tear, that is illegal. Do you job next time instead of covering up your mistake
