The driver, Gene, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided suggestions for nearby auto shops and hotels. He charged us a very reasonable rate for the tow, given the fact that he not only dropped our car off at a shop, but dropped us off at a hotel afterwards. Great service, this was a silver lining in an otherwise terrible situation.

As they are closed on Sunday, they were very accommodating in helpig us get back on the road home as quickly as possible. Turned out someone had wired the battery wrong so they replaced it, got All the wiring sorted, and cleaned some other parts that needed it when the van didn't run smooth the first test drive. He began hook up a code reader to the fuse box to check the issues. We were told cylinder misfired, and piston rings were affected. Then some random customer pulls up and the mechanic stops working on OURS to work on theirs! They had t get tires balanced and filled, which took away 30-40 minutes from ours. He comes back to our car and lifts it on one side to see if he could fix it that way. NOTHING WAS DONE! He blowed some WD40 and air to clean off engine and debris, and then looked at his watch and said he has to go pick up girlfriend and there was nothing else he could do for us because it needed more work but he was ready to go. By this time it's 3:45pm. WASTED OUR TIME all day and for nothing! Then turn around and BLOCKS US IN... and charges us $300+ ... EXCESSIVE and UNNECESSARY. We paid what we could because of bank issues and we agreed to pay the rest next week. We didn't expect the bill to be that much and we wasn't prepared for that high bill. They finally moved to let us out and we have to drive 30-45 mi all the way home because it never got fixed. I will not be recommending to anyone. Very unprofessional. I appreciate the effort but try harder to please the customer that was there first.

R&S towed us to their shop but failed to mention that they would not even inspect our vehicle until…read moreMonday (it was Sat AM). Had R&S re-tow it to a neighboring dealership service center and found out that they mangled the underside shield of our vehicle during the tow when the service manager tried to move our vehicle to the maintenance bay. The mechanic had to cut the shield off just to move the vehicle because it was scraping on the ground. R&S refuses to take responsibility, leaving us with an additional $400+ repair bill. When confronted about it, R&S sent pictures and a text message stating there WAS NO DAMAGE FROM TOWING but not one photo shows the underside, only pictures of the sides and front/rear bumpers. Our tow was in no way related to running over or hitting something, so this was NEW damage as a direct result from the tow. Was hoping that the company would be more honest and take responsibility - recommend taking your business elsewhere.
