But apparently saying no to your wife is much more dangerous than a torn knee. So we packed all six of us into the car and drove almost two hours to Blossom and Brie in Fort Myers. That, my friends, is love. But the second we arrived, I had to admit my wife was right. And yes, I am putting that in writing so she can save this review forever. The property is absolutely beautiful. The farm scenery, the animals, the open space, the donkeys coming over like they're part of the welcoming committee the whole place has such an awesome farm atmosphere. You immediately feel like you escaped Florida traffic and landed somewhere completely different. Then you walk into the barn restaurant and wow. They did an incredible job with the place. Rustic, beautiful, comfortable, open-air, relaxing it honestly feels like you're having brunch in the middle of a farmhouse postcard. Now let's talk about the food. Lord have mercy. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, because somebody at the table had to show some restraint. Meanwhile, everybody else ordered what I'm calling 'The Cure' yes, like the band because that burger looks like something you need catcher's gloves and a construction permit to hold together. Bacon, egg, burger, giant bun, everything stacked about six stories high. That burger doesn't come to the table. It arrives. The food was absolutely delicious. By the end of brunch I was filled beyond capacity, moving even slower than my injured knee already allowed, but happier than a kid walking into Disney World. And then there was Megan, our server. Listen. I'm pretty sure Megan is AI. We started firing off six different orders, substitutions, drinks, sides the whole family talking at once and this woman didn't pull out a pen, notepad, tablet... nothing. She just stood there absorbing information like ChatGPT with an apron on. I'm thinking, there is no way she remembers all this. Everything came out perfect. I'm convinced she had a secret Bluetooth connection directly to the kitchen. And the service didn't stop there. Megan kept checking on us, refilling things, making sure everybody was happy. Honestly, it felt like she had a twin working the other side of the table. Ask for Megan. She rocks. Bottom line, Blossom and Brie is absolutely worth the drive. The atmosphere, the animals, the farm setting, the restaurant, the food, the service all fantastic. We drove almost two hours, my knee complained the entire way, I probably ate enough calories to cancel out my pain medication, and I would still make that trip again. Great food. Beautiful place. Amazing family memories. And yes once again, my wife was right. But please don't tell her I said that. Ten out of ten. Worth every mile.

My fiancé is now ill and I need to cancel the entire event due to my fiancé illness. We had to move out of state to be close to family to tend to his needs. She refuses to give the deposit back despite our situation even if it's more than a year notice. She's extremely unreasonable and sticks to her own rules even if she's in the wrong. As I wanted to enjoy the evening and not be stuck in the kitchen cooking, cleaning and serving food, I decided to reach out to Leslie for help. I had never engaged a personal chef before, so the experience was new to me entirely. Leslie proved to be the best choice I could have ever made...she is a true professional. She was able to competently guide me through the menu selection process patiently (her menu is extensive and it all looks and sounds delicious). Leslie offers a full menu, including hors d'oeuvres, soups, entrees and desserts. Upon her arrival at our home, Leslie quietly and efficiently found her way around my kitchen, had everything prepared and engaged her amazing assistant Janet to serve wine for our arriving guests. The food, starting with hors d'oeuvres was divine. It all tasted lovely, our guests were so happy and we were able to enjoy the evening focusing on our company rather than me having to cook. The entree, we chose the beef tenderloin with a mushroom risotto and grilled vegetables, was fantastic. Everything was prepared to perfection, we were pampered with extras and our wine glasses never ran empty. From start to her divine panna cotta dessert, we felt like royalty and Leslie and Janet made sure we had no want. To add to all of this: Leslie left my kitchen squeaky clean, dishwasher running and I had nothing to do but to enjoy the rest of our evening. She did all of this for a cost that is less than taking a group out to dinner at a nice restaurant. Sounds too good to be true? It's true.
