The staff is excellent and the daycare is well priced for the amount of interactions and oversight the staff gives the pups. I am able to watch my dog from their cameras at work and she has a blast. Best part is she is so excited when we show up and exhausted when I pick her up. Going to start doing boarding with them next week because I feel I can truly trust this place.

My two dogs get soOoOo excited to come for daycare and boarding that they have full body waggles at the front door. They leave tired and so happy; it's like they didn't even notice I was gone!!! It's clear to me they tailor their approach to keep play safe and pups happy. I have an skiddish Aussie who will easily tell when she has a bad experience; she'll get clingy/whiny after boarding at bad kennels. The staff at Palmetto must give her extra love because they're in her inner circle and she adores them! They also make boarding and daycare easy! No scheduling necessary! Just text Tonya and she responds quickly to whatever you need. They're very affordable and don't charge fees for odd timed pick up and drop off windows or daily treats. She was super nice and set up a meeting so that she and our walker, Ashley, could meet our dog. Although we only used her service twice, she treated us as if we were full time clients. My husband and I were impressed with her professionalism and her obvious love of animals. Her fee was also very reasonable. We would recommend her service to anyone, and Ashley was awesome as well!

Our German shepherd mix has anxiety issues and having the daily walks is a must. She waits by the door every morning for Liz to walk her and her brother. Jan and Brittany have stayed at our home multiple times while we are away (sometimes two weeks at a time). There are no words to express the peace of mind we have when we know they are taking care of our babies. They go above and beyond - once Jan even took our poodle to the vet because he had an ear infection while we were away. I cannot recommend these ladies enough - they are very professional with reasonable prices.
