Gary would often send him home with presents, outfits, and other little treats. I never saw my dog as excited as when we were arriving in Gary's driveway! Over the two years we were in Greenville, our dog became more elderly and required significantly more care, including frequent medications. Gary never faltered or complained and took care of Blue like he was his own. He doted over our dog and they truly had the most special relationship. I would trust Gary with any and all of my babies, I wish he would have moved with us! We will always think of Gary and his love for Blue when we remember our time in Greenville.

Then upon arrival offered to stay into their lunch time to accept my dogs so, that we wouldn't have to ride around town until they reopened. Once we arrived they were wonderful with my dogs who had been in the car for a while. Even though they were busy, remembered me and what I had told them about my dogs. They were overly helpful when we needed to extend our stay and then opened early on a Sunday just so we could get on the road home earlier. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, looked great and the staff was patient. Even giving me an itemized bill for insurance. I wish they were closer and I would love to give them more business. How does that happen when they should be in the crate with them? We paid extra for additional play and walks but how am I supposed to believe they did them when they are so sloppy? Today, he said my cat did not need a dental cleaning, although I am sure other veterinarians would have recommended it. He didn't even recommend flea protection for my indoor cat, although other veterinarians would have. He always loves on my animals and seems to know just where to hit all of their favorite spots as they shed all over him. I appreciate Dr. Dustin, Allison, and the very happy atmosphere there. Everyone really seems to enjoy working there together. Fountain Inn is so fortunate to have your practice in our town.

Mylo is a year old and has been groomed several times. Pet Smart in Easley, two times at Pet Smart in Greenville on Woodruff Road and Camp Bow Wow on Haywood Road in Greenville. Most times at the other places he didn't look clean, not compared to the way he was groomed at PetSuites. He looked like he had been bleached, his coat is shiny and as white as snow. I was very impressed with the awesome job they did with Mylo. They cleaned his paws, they gave him the "ROYAL TREATMENT"! I highly recommend that you take your pet to be groomed at this establishment, they are the bomb!!

I can only speak to the daycare aspect of Camp Bow Wow since I haven't yet tried any of their other…read moreservices, but my dog loves coming to day camp. As soon as we pull in the parking lot, he gets way excited to go play. He usually suffers a bit of separation anxiety but he has no problem at all leaving me in the lobby when he goes back to the play area! The counsellors all seem to love him and when I'm picking up or dropping off, they seem to know a lot of the dogs' names. Having the 'Camper Cams' is a plus, too, since I like to be able to check in on my boy throughout the day. He's always following someone (human or canine) around, his tail going a mile a minute. And the best part? He's pooped at the end of the day. So he gets a good time and I get a break from an 8 or 9 month old puppy with incredibly high energy levels. We love Happy Pup! Our pups have stayed there twice -- once for 10 days and another time for 6…read moredays. Lisa, one of the owners, is great at communicating both before and during our pups' stay. She's also great at meeting my husband and I and asking if we need help the moment we arrive. The indoor/outdoor shelter where our pups stay protects them from the elements and provides each of them with their own individual space. They are also given a long walk daily and provided a large area to play together. Every day, they are fed and given their medicine as prescribed. Our pups receive lots of attention and are happy to stay. Next time we need dog boarding services, we will return to Happy Pup.
