No communication. I applied and was told did well on tests. Had one job interview, but I couldn't accept because of indefinite length of job. After that, did not hear anything for months. Called to make sure I was still active in their files. Was told not to call. They would contact me when job is available. I see lots of jobs where I would be qualified for on their website. Still have not heard a thing. Currently working with another temp agency on a job. Wouldn't recommend this agency. read more

Usually I don't leave reviews on sites like this, but was compelled to leave one after seeing the other negative review on here. Personnel Partners was a fantastic experience for me - I submitted my resume, interviewed with PP, did the assessment tests, and they connected me with an employer very quickly. The entire process took less than a month and I was employed earning a livable wage. The women in the office were all very helpful and friendly. Personnel Partners does charge employers a markup on your salary - they want you to succeed and provide you with opportunities to do so, because the more money you make the more money they make. Everyone's goals are aligned. I imagine the other negative review was left by a dud candidate who felt entitled to employment despite not having employable skills. Based on my experience, I couldn't recommend Personnel Partners enough. read more

Terrible front desk worker, her name was Charlotte. She was rude and hurtful. Hung up on me! They close at 4 and she closed up 15 minutes early so I was unable to get info that I needed before the weekend. I needed info asap but was told it's not her problem and has zero effect on her so She doesn't care. She claims she couldn't tell me what I made monthly working for them but had no problem telling me what I made hourly. Completely ridiculous, will never use this company again. Can't even hire quality for their place. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!! I was called the week of 7-15-2015 by Charlotte from an Elkhart number. Charlotte told me her company was a third party company contacted by an employer that received my resume and wanted them to have an interview with me (I believed this third party company of Personnel Partners was just part of the hiring phase - if they liked me then they would recommend me to that company). Charlotte didn't know which job it was that I applied for that the company liked (thought that was odd), but Melissa at the South Bend location would interview me. I showed up to the interview on 7-22-15 and was told I would not be given the job I applied to because I did not have experience, but she told me they could help find me a job through their staffing agency. This was a BAIT AND SWITCH technique. I was lied to at the beginning by being told the company I applied to liked my resume and wanted an interview. I should have been told over the phone that the company was actually not even interested in me as a possible candidate and then asked if I would be interested in their services. read more
