They promised us a seamless transition and it has now been 3 weeks with very little resolved. Furthermore, their technical reps' take other calls' while they are on your call to prolong the length of the phone call thus increasing billable support hours. Aside from this catastrophic incident, in the past their support team has been 0 for 5 in solving random Great Plains issues (thats a .000 batting average). My advice would be to go with Professional GP Support company that actually knows the product and is able to give you professional service.
