Process from start to finish from making an appointment for an interview to going to offices for interviews is extremely streamlined and smooth. One thing to note is, their services are actually "temp-to-hire". After you meet your hour requirements you have the potential to become a permanent employee at the office that hired you on. Their service is a free service to you and only work with medical specialty offices that work on a Mon-Fri schedule, no holidays. They work around your wage requirements and positions interested in so they find you a good fit where you will be happy and valued. It makes job hunting so much easier and the communication is 10x better than applying to Indeed on your own or waiting for other large hospitals to get back to you months after applying. I have worked with this office twice, once in 2020 and again in 2022. They were so nice and polite during the application and interview process and they get to know you on a personal level- not just formalities and what is on paper; a family-like atmosphere. The communication and transparency is wonderful - you always are in the loop and adapt to your needs; you feel valued and not just like another potential employee number or body on their payroll list. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the medical field- they are truly wonderful and are unlike any other agency I have worked with prior.

Terribly unprofessional…read more Employee didn't identify themselves to me when I entered and introduced myself. Instead of discussing the job I was there to interview for, I was just handed a packet of paperwork and escorted to fill out forms in an (I'll say it...) office that smelled of dog, and was left alone to fill out scads of forms. I had questions about some of the documents they wanted me to sign, particularly the consent to a credit check (???) and consent to randomly drug test me at their discretion (???), but the woman there was loudly engaged in a telephone conversation about some "dumb" woman's wedding and her "damn" flowers. I couldn't believe the language used in front of prospective employees. I also cannot believe I was supposed to sign all sorts of consent agreements and contracts before even learning about the job, what it paid, and what sort of firm I'd be temping in. A word of warning "A First Choice Staffing Services," you shouldn't be getting your prospective employees to waive their legal rights prior to telling them how much they're going to be making per hour or what exactly they'll be doing. I left before signing anything. These people are unprofessional and I would not want them managing my career or financial affairs, nevermind conducting "background" checks, credit checks, and drug-screening. They don't appear to have any concern for confidentiality, either, what with the overly loud conversation about some unrelated lady's wedding. Getting back into my car, I could still smell the cheap perfume and animal odor that somehow managed to cling to me, so I drove home with the windows down. There are plenty of other employment agencies in the Rogue Valley that value confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to their clients. I'll wager that those other offices don't smell of dog and cheap perfume, either.
