The bars (2 of them) were both great, and the one that serves food was also awesome (nice fireplaces help keep it cozy). The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were a great way to relax and spend some time under the evening stars. And we splurged for a massage in the spa, which was totally worth it! The weather was unfortunately pretty bad, so we couldn't enjoy the town but at least the hotel was so nice that it didn't really matter since we spent a couple of days relaxing instead. We had the indoor pool and outdoor spa almost to ourselves. And the breakfast buffet was amaaaazing. So many delicious dishes to choose from. And the staff is friendly and speaks English. When the weather is worse, the spa is fantastic (after you get over the initial surprise). I am not a spa person but the choice of steam rooms, saunas and options to cool down are amazing. There is also a swimming pool and a great jacuzzi. We are in a room with no balcony and a view of the parking lot which only has one odd window that opens. The thermal pools are fantastic and as a hotel guest, included. We are well fed at one of their 2 restaurants. One is modern and bright and the other is regionally traditional. I prefer the regional restaurant as it has a better atmosphere I think. The smoked sheep's cheese is a regional speciality that I do not enjoy it at all. The hotel room is basic but comfortable. The only negative would be the pillows which are lumpy and uncooperative. The wifi is overwhelmed I think with all the conference goers and does not work most of the time.
