I decided to look on Yelp, because they have helped me find contractors before. I chose Pest Medics because they responded within a hour. They also (responding through text) told me their range of pricing and could come out the next day. I'm assuming Javan is the owner of the company. Him and another worker came within their window of time. They were very cordial to us as they entered. They listened to my daughter explain the issues she was having. They walked through the house (inside and out) inspecting where the critters could be coming in and out of. They finally found one of the entry points near the roof. They explained about the one way gate like thing they put up to let (we think it was squirrels) out, but could not get back in. My daughter was impressed that there was not cruelty to the animals. She just wanted them out of her house. All in all, it took the a total of 45 minutes to complete the job. Not mentioning the price, they charged the top of the range they gave her. There was no paperwork to show what was done. Just a receipt for the job (on her phone) and a 30 day verbal guarantee for the work they had done. This is were the stars started coming off!! About a week had passed and my daughter was still hearing squirrels in the roof. She called Javan and company to come back out because the problem was still there. They made a appointment to come back two days later with a no show and no call. My daughter call them within a half hour left within that window of time they were suppose to have come out. Javan telling her he got tied up with another job and could they reschedule. He knew he was tied up before that phone call. It is to easy to text or call someone. That is so rude, to waste someone's time....looking for you to come. They did reschedule though. The same thing happened again, only this time he called her when there was only a half hour left with in his scheduled window, saying he needed to reschedule. At this point we felt he had her money, so she goes on the back burner. After a few harsh words, he followed up and showed up soon after. They reinspected her property, sealed in some additional entery points. Later, came back to get their cage and seal in the entry points in the roof. Seems like the problem is solved. I don't like giving bad reviews, but they wasted her time twice. They didn't do a bad job, just be warned if you decided to go with Pest Medics.

And the ants that you treated last year did not have a single less ant but actually probably 5 to 10 fold increase in the number of ants we ended up getting after someone visited our home and you charged us a lot of money and did not honor coming back. Yes, once you had someone come (I forget his name at the moment) but he's one of your two top guys, and even though he squirted a little bit of something into our corner in our bathroom and maybe under our dishwasher, it was essentially a useless Band-Aid that wasn't even a Band-Aid because Band-Aids help heal a situation and my situation is still ongoing with the ants and stink bugs. I met my end of the contract when I paid but you did not meet your guarantee whatsoever!! If you refuse to pay me back for the ants that you never took care of, maybe you can send someone at no charge to finally take care of them this summer. My spouse and I spend time daily maintaining or trying to minimize by putting out various Terro baits, cleaning counters & floors every day, trying household remedies like vinegar as well as over-the-counter anti-and spider spray products to control the population, but I have no idea where the nest is. And sadly, apparently neither did the one worker that showed up or supposedly showed up last year. I don't actually know what they did. They didn't do anything indoors when they came to treat. And doubtful if they did much, if anything, outdoors either! Disgraceful. When I used you for 30 years one of the issues I had 20+ years ago was ants. You had a woman come and get some spraying and we hadn't seen an ant again for years. Unfortunately, that employee has long left your company.
