Prompt response. The technician, Corey, was very patient and professional with us during the visit. There were no high pressure or upsell pitches during the service. Corey was very polite and patient with our questions. He did a great job laying the traps and sealing holes and had a particularly good eye at spotting them. This included moving out the refrigerator and stove to detect possible ingress/ egress points! On 1/9/2026, Kevin came to our home to assess it for mice. He found that they were coming in through cracks on our front porch where the house and porch meet. He suggested to use foam then seal it. My husband did this a few days later and he also sealed all cracks or holes in the basement with cement or foam and used spray. Kevin also placed black boxes with green square poison in the basement and our kitchen. After Kevin left a few hours later, I saw a mouse come out of the base of our kitchen cabinet and then a week later there was a dead mouse on my bedroom floor. Since then we have not seen any indication that there are mice in the house. I would recommend them. Kevin was very acknowledgable and did a thorough search where there were openings or mouse droppings and placed the black boxes. He educated us on how to locate the openings and seal them. We purchased additional boxes and poison and placed them in the basement and thru the poison in the attic. We felt that the price was very good. read more

I contacted Kevin at this company about a week ago regarding a service visit to do extermination at my house and in particular to deal with a particular problem with carpet beetles I had an appointment of 9 o'clock for tomorrow with Kevin today. I started getting texts stating that the service technician would be at my house sometime between eight and noon naturally I was very upset because I never agreed to anything except a 9 o'clock appointment with Kevin, I called the company to check on this and that's what their computer does and there's nothing they can do about it which is absolutely ridiculous. Joe apparently apparently the copartner of this business wrote me a nasty text in all capital letters and waited until tonight to send me an email which he has a habit of not signing saying your appointment for tomorrow at nine is cancelled. I asked that I called by Kevin I would suggest that you find a reputable company. Kevin was very nice when I spoke to him but since he has this horrible partner named Joe who is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional and how he treats a customeryou should find a different company. These people wasted a week of my time waiting for them when they were available supposedly for tomorrow at nine this puts me in a very bad position a lot they care care and Kevin has not called me back. read more
