Since contacting them, I have been with Pest Pro almost a year after letting them know about seeing a mouse in the home and droppings in a few places. They came out to the house, checked the house, treated it, and put down traps. On the outside, they placed baited traps in various places. Well, that has been a tremendous help. We have not seen any mice or droppings. We paid for ongoing service, and they came to treat the house and replace the bait. We get the Quarterly service, mosquito service, as well as treatment for flies in the summer. Staff is very helpful, professional and courteous, great customer service. Technicians are knowledgable if I have any questions, they always wear shoe coverings and masks when entering my home. We live right off a farm and when they plow the fields our pole barn gets mice and we get ants certain times of the year. We are on the annual plan and after the first couple of sessions we haven't seen on mouse or any ants. I will keep them as an annual service.
