At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the traps they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything and that they were not going into the attic to seal anything because it would take awhile to locate the source. Tennant had still been experiencing rodent activity during this time. Tennant explained that the neighbors directly next door were the source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers sent by company were reportedly uneducated and unfamiliar with our case as Tennant had to keep repeating everything at each appointment. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Now we have to hire a different company to actually fix the issue . Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere, not worth it.

If only all businesses and employees enjoyed their work as much as these folks do…read more Did afternoon on a Saturday I found my dogs scratching at a floor vent and growling as if something was in there. I put my ear down to the vent and i could hear some sort of scratching and knew we had a serious problem. I did not have time to do proper research and was only able to reach out to some locals who I thought might have some information. I was given one name by four different people. Bay Area wildlife solutions is fantastic. I did not get a run around. I was told somebody would be out within 24 hours and sure enough they were they were at 9 AM the next day. The problem was able to be located very quickly. A family of squirrels had pulled away some of the ceiling material so that they could snuggle up against the vent for the furnace. I was concerned that we were going to have real trouble getting a whole group of squirrels out of the small area. The technician explained to me that it is a very common occurrence and he felt that he could have it cleared up within five days. The whole process was explained to me, I was showing the traps that would be mounted near where the squirrels were nesting. I was assured that someone would check the traps every day so that none of the animals were stuck in the sun and run the risk of dying. Once they confirmed that all the schools were gone from this area a very professional job was done sealing the area so that we would not have future problems. As I was out of the area while the removal was being done, I'd like to point out that I received both voicemails and text messages letting me know the status of each day. At the end of the week, before I even had a chance to check myself, I received an email exchange with pictures showing me the work. And confirming that I was happy with the service. I want to recommend this company with my highest praise. Professional. Honest. Efficient. While I hope to never need such service again, it is nice to know that these guys are around and in the ball
