It seems that in order to exterminate snakes, one must get to the source of their food. Apparently we had a mouse problem. We always knew we did but attributed it to living out in the country. His was the first business that came up and his was the first and only one I called. Initially, there was more work to be done with setting boxes and going through the basement and so on. Now Jon comes four times a year or so to check the boxes and determine if there is any activity. He has always been polite and kind and took my fears and concerns very seriously.
