I was charged $388.00. I wrote to the office with copies of her treatment and photos. I followed up with a phone call. After receiving no response, I called the corporate office. They referred me to the Manager. James answered my call and, within seconds, started shouting at me and insisted my dispute was worthless because I had signed the contract. He informed me he would listen to the phone call with their receptionist and call me back. He did not; when I called him, he again displayed rancorous rage and hung up on me.

It seems that in order to exterminate snakes, one must get to the source of their food. Apparently we had a mouse problem. We always knew we did but attributed it to living out in the country.
