He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Beware of autopay…read more Laws just changed to protect people from common sketchy autopay practices. Bulwark has ignored my requests to stop service. They also ignored my messages about service: a) "do not come until we arrange a day and time for inside house.). b) "use your natural pest control products..... not those with carcinogenics". C) and again "stop service". Big disconnect. They keep coming. They keep charging. They keep using dangerous products. I hired another company in 2023: Carolina Pest Management. This is definitely a company that is trying to make it right with its customers. And they are working to correct the email issue. Thank you, Justin. The noises from my crawl space resumed several days after Aaron removed the one-way trap. My sales rep, Devin, would not respond to my texts or calls. Since I had already spent close to $1,000 with Critter Control, I tried to get rid of the pest myself. Eventually, I finally found a local wildlife and pest service company that came out the day after I called and installed a camera. The following morning, they sent me a video of the skunk walking around in my crawl space. Obviously, the one-way trap didn't work, so I had to pay someone else (who was much more reasonably priced), to remove the skunk. If Devin had responded to me, they could have at least re-installed the one-way trap. BTW. When their customer service responded to my initial review asking me to contact them, the email address she gave me sent my email back as undeliverable. My advice is to find a local company to help you that actually cares.
