You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.

But she answered every question over FaceTime and understood our needs. She was so knowledgeable and professional and kind and caring. We took our first flight with him at 5 month old and now Bosley is truely apart of our travel wherever we go! In addition, Kerry knows so much about dogs that she helps me with any other behavioral and even health questions I have with Bosley all by FaceTime. And her recommendations and tips all work! She has a proven solution to everything our little fur baby boy throws our way. Kerry has now been our closest advisor and now a friend. She even helped when our landlord tried to give us push back when she heard we communicated we would be adding Bosley to our family. Kerry wrote her a letter explaining Bosley's certification. This last go round, they left my house smelling like a litter box, even though they were to scoop poop twice a day for three cats. I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop.They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

Needed to rule out some other issues from when he was kenneled prior to us owning our baby. The staff was not as personable as I've gotten used to here in Lebanon, the doctor seemed competent BUT the price was outrageous. Could I have shopped around for a better price? Sure. But we didn't have time as our pup was in pain. Post surgery my pup came home with a nasty sounding cough - think elephant seal mating call. When i mentioned that at our post of visit - the doctor suggested a full blood/virus panel starting at $350. Hard pass. It took three phone calls to the office abs a reminder email to obtain copies of the X-rays and record of surgeries for my regular vet office. - unacceptable. Went back to our regular vet and asked if he needed that blood panel etc - honestly no, was the answer. Pup is fully vaccinated, kennel cough, bordatella, flu etc. pup still has the cough THREE MONTHS LATER. In summary - the last time I spent they much at a veterinary office I was in Newport Beach, CA at an office on with an ocean view and was offered a glass of Chardonnay as I waited for my pup. We felt 100% comfortable leaving our cats in their care after our initial meeting. Vivian having been a Vet tech is a huge plus, but honestly their caring nature and kitty-smarts really put us all at ease. While we were in a pickle elsewhere....it was great to know the cats were being well looked after. I will not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them highly. p.s. Their location was a bit of a drive for me, BUT was completely and totally worth it....so if by chance they are not exactly in your neighborhood, get over it, and make the drive!!!

During a recent stay, one of my dogs got sick, and Taffy's team immediately sprang into action. They alerted me right away, treated her like their own, and went completely above and beyond to ensure she safely got to the vet.
