I don't like to do this, but I can't get a call or response to my issue that started at the beginning of November, and we are now at Thanksgiving Day with 0 communication from the owner. I was told by the support # I called that they are not allowed to give out the local number and that they will contact me. The support call center they use is just that, a call center. They have no authority whatsoever as they are hired by Pet Butler to run the sales/customer care calls or, so I was told. It is odd to me that I can't talk directly to the owner or the manager in charge instead you have to go through the middleman call center. I pay at the start of every month for 2 days a week, I was told they have staffing issues by the call center each time I've called. That's fine, I understand that, but I had 0 communication from local staff to let me know that was an issue until last week. They sent an email but didn't give any other details about pre-paid customers getting credits since they can only do 1 day a week. Instead, they claim on my profile that they came out on Mon/Thurs when in reality they didn't come out until Sunday after the 1st snow fall said the 1-2 inches of snow was too much, no visibility, and charged me for stopping by supposedly. We were home that day and they never came, I even went outside after I got the text and recorded my walk from my garage to the side yard where there were 0 tracks and completely smooth snow. I requested a 1-day credit towards next month but since they parked in my driveway supposedly, I was charged and they won't credit me. Since then, I've made several calls to get this resolved and I've been met with laugher and promised call backs that never came to fruition. I don't know what to do at this point other than cancel service and make a complaint to my bank about being overcharged. I don't understand what happened, they were amazing! Our tech was very throughout (and still is when he's able to make it) and very nice. Sometimes he'd leave a little baggie that had a few snacks for our pups. I highly recommend our tech and have nothing but praise for him, but Pet Butler as a company is very lacking in customer service and accountability. I really hope they can get their communication issues resolved as I don't like to see people's jobs put at risk by poor management. read more

She offered to meet before the actual date to get to know my pup. She took the schedule and every instruction I gave her seriously and she stick to it! I honestly can not do a better job myself. Of course Sasha gave me up to date on my puppy everyday (she took amazing pictures lol). Tbh I was even a bit jealous to see Bim having so much fun with her :D One HUGE bonus point: Bim actually gets better with commands and he even learns some new tricks!!
