The Pugs were pampered and treated to homemade natural cookies made by Terrie herself. It is clear that she has a love in her heart for fur babies. Even my feisty little girl, Emma took to her. Our pugs are seniors and have a few idiosyncrasies and issues. She is very patient, but best of all she was understanding of our boy Winston's bathroom issues. Terrie took care of our home, it was neat and tidy. She even washed the sheets, which she did not have to do. She also left her homemade treats and a report card. I highly recommend Terrie for your pet sitting needs.

We cant tell if its a cut , chemicals or anything else. We are taking her to an emergency vet tonight. She has gotten her hair cut here about 5 times and this is the first time anything has gone wrong. Total animal abuse , even if it wasn't intentional. The review is a total zero , dont trust this lady.

They have rooms I think is the hotel rooms for the cats and the grooming area in the back. The reception area have comfortable lounging chairs you can probably sit and wait for your cat along with merchandise items you will probably end up buying if you did stay to wait! Anyway, our cat was able to get her nails trimmed and one of her mats out before she started jumping around and wouldn't let them groom her anymore. We had never gotten her groomed, so I didn't know what she would be like. They didn't charge me for anything they did and just let me know that some cats come in with a calming medication and we could bring her back then. I am very thankful for their expertise and friendliness. I look forward to bringing her back here soon!
