Our pugs are seniors and have a few idiosyncrasies and issues. She is very patient, but best of all she was understanding of our boy Winston's bathroom issues. Terrie took care of our home, it was neat and tidy. She even washed the sheets, which she did not have to do. She also left her homemade treats and a report card. We requested a punky look for Mr. Fitz instead of the standard "puppy cut". The results are fun and perfect for our energetic little Shitzu. The staff seemed excited to do something non-traditional with his cut. He came out happy happy happy, with a fresh cut, nails trimmed and bath. Debbie herself reached out to offer to cone to pick up and drop off my dog to me.
