She's knowledgable, compassionate, respectful, and resourceful. Gabrielle, since she's in a large van (her mobile grooming station), is really able to focus in on your dog and just your dog (maybe she does cats too -- if she does, this is even better for cats). Gabrielle is also wonderful about telling you about any issues or potential issues that your dog might have. Both our dogs have been super excited to see her. The fact that she comes to your house so your dog doesn't need to go into potentially stressful sessions is such a bonus. We requested a punky look for Mr. Fitz instead of the standard "puppy cut". The results are fun and perfect for our energetic little Shitzu.
