Instead, I was shocked to be charged nearly $400 for euthanasia on a stray cat. I understand veterinary care has costs, but that price feels excessive and unreasonable, especially for someone trying to help a homeless animal out of compassion. What was I supposed to do -- let her suffer outside and risk my children finding dead kittens in our yard? I stepped in because it was the right thing to do, and instead of feeling supported for helping an animal in need, I left feeling upset, discouraged, and taken advantage of during an already emotional situation. Bills like this make people think twice before helping strays, and that is heartbreaking.

This was so…read moredifficult for me and sad, but from the moment I called, to the time I left, the amount of care, compassion, and attentiveness was beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. First of all, they got me in the same day which was amazing. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was very kind and checked in on me and how I was doing. They also had a candle lit with a sign for people saying goodbye to their pets. The two wonderful ladies that were involved in my hamsters care were so great every step of the way. Explaining everything in detail, offering options throughout, as well as they were so very gentle and kind to my pet. They surprised me with a leatherbound framed pawprints stamp of my pet and I can't even express how much that meant to me, such a special gift that touched my heart and I'll cherish forever. They also offered and let me check out privately in the room, and even let me walk out a separate door from the front entrance. All of that is to say, there is a reason this veterinary practice is so highly regarded. If you go here, you WILL receive the utmost care for you and your pet. Your pet will be treated with so much respect and care no matter how big or small. Very thankful for this practice.

They were excited to have him when the reservation was made. When we showed up, they immediately came and got him so I could fill out the necessary paperwork. He was so happy to go with them that I once again had no worries. My sign other hates kennels and was tearful at the thought of leaving him. When he saw our dog later playing in the run and how relaxed he was and tail up and wagging he was amazed and said he would never have a problem taking him there! When we picked in up after our two week vacation, he was in perfect health and no signs of stress. The staff was able to tell us that he refused to eat the first day yet then he would eat all his food that was given. They once again informed us on how much they loved our dog and how they would love to have him back. Whenever we go anywhere he will definitely stay here!
