Somehow, we caved, did the unthinkable and flew to Los Angeles, scooping her up and driving her back to Washington in a rental car mid-winter. The store has continued to decline in service over the last year or so. I guess the competition from Pertsmart and SAMS pet store is too much for Petco or they just don't value basic service.
