Located not even five minutes from public square this is store offers a variety of high quality pet foods, great pet care supplies including homeopathic care. We have been shopping here for a year now and I really feel like I am a valued customer in their store. Most importantly I feel like my fur-babies are valued. Our dogs have allergies and they are incredibly helpful helping us find remedies for their itches and skin issues. If you don't want to have the mess of bathing your fur baby at home they have a dog wash there in the store fully stocked with everything you need to shampoo and dry your pooch! $10 per dog and its a great deal! OHHHH and by the register is a special little cooler of ice cream but its for Pet Parents! Jennies Ice Cream made right here in Ohio is sold here and its a wonderful treat after running errands all day. Anyways we brought him in washed him ourselves and we love it. 50pound dog $14.00, for owners that wash their pet. Well worth it. We used the flea and tick shampoo, they have a different variety of shampoos to choose from. His coat is nice and clean and smells good again. They have towels and really good strong blow dryers to dry ur pets fur. Works really well. And when you are washing them they have leash clip on's to keep them in the tub while you bath them. They have brushes there too for the fury babies. Also she recommended us to use the rake type brush for our hairy baby. They have rubber brushes too to brush them while they are all wet and it worked out well. Both ladies were very kind to us. And they also have aprons to wear. 100% A+. Dar's Dirty Dogs Business is amazing, outstanding, clean, excellent customer service and a wonderful place to bring your dog in for a bath/shower.

Wow! Rebecca has an amazing heart of gold. Long story short, I rescue, I rescue dogs that NO one…read morewants, they are medically needy, or behavioral misfits. I needed emergency care for 6 dogs! Rebecca took them in, even the ones recently released to me on hospice protocols. She assisted in medication management combined with myself and my vet. They came home way healthier than I sent them to her. (Nothing contagious, neglect case) and she ended up adopting the worst foster I ever had! She loved that log with legs immensely. I have no clue how she tolerated the most annoying screams of "I neeeeeed ice cream not this dog food" that was squealed every 30 seconds from the sofa table with legs. And let's not forget my friends dog whom boarded shortly after my misfits. She was a pro escape artist who was NOT nice to anyone, including her family. She lived a long feral life, and Rebecca was able to keep her safe, comfortable and loved during her stay. If Rebecca can handle all this.... She can surely handle whatever Fido offers to her. She is the absolute best!

While I was standing there, another man came in to have his baby put down they had told him one price on the phone and when he got there, it was double. And after they cremated, the dog, they handed him a small black bag and he asked what he should do with that and they told him he could throw it in the garbage if he wants to.

We had a,great experience except for one particular staff member was very rude.said we needed proof…read morefrom the vet we took my gr sons dog to for proof we got him care like 6 years ago ,when they r the ones that helped financially but had no records of this vet or helping financially. We paid a good part & they helped with the rest but no record of it at all but we were suppose to have it .I questioned them on keeping financial records for donations but got nothing except cant adopt unless we get proof. We called the vet who faxed the proof over & on the paper was ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE name so again we should keep records but they don't keep records where their $ goes. Then more questions after she had the proof .! Jump through hoops more or less .Should have more bonding time with the older cats in the big colonies & separate alone time in a room. Not with 8 other cats.cant get a cats attention during feeding time & a bunch of other cats running all around.. they don't tell u about a wellness check needed within a month & they will call the vet to make sure we took him .The cat we adopted just had a wellness in April she saud but needed one by end of June, once a,year which was not a,year at all but that was another 70$ the vet looks at him ,listens to his heart & sees if hes well .Animal league could so that there. If we didn't take him they would take the cat fr us .like she had some real issues of rudeness !!!! Every one else was fantastic. Bethenny the CEO .is very dishonest. Says she will call but never did .ever !!!! Said after 5 but called at 5;30 & she went home. Never ever returned my call.once .After 4 days still no call ! Very poor at PR.!
