I get to the store go and collect the items they canceled. I asked the cashier what was the reason and he was polite. He called over a heavy set white woman who immediately said, I guess your card didn't go through. Her condescending tone and nonchalant attitude was not needed. And my card was not the issue. She needs training on people skills and communication. I guess she's too lazy to walk outside for the curbside pickup.

I wouldn't mind paying the extra money if the customer service was on point. Then there's the food program sounds great but after looking at prices i completely understand how the 10th bag is free. Your paying $5-$10 more per bag then any other other pet store. Everything is over priced. Literally! It's sad because Pet Supplies Plus is a couple mins away and they have amazing customer service, great prices, loyalty program, coupons, knowledgeable staff etc.
