Apparently, his staff member said that it was the 'vibe' we gave off that indicated that we intended to abandon our pet (was it the fact that my girlfriend is a person of color?). Don't bother visiting this facility. The team is knowledgeable but have no social intelligence. A veterinarian is someone who you build a relationship with and must see often, so choose wisely.

We were faced with the hard decision to consider quality of life. His injuries were far too great to overcome and we were forced to say goodbye to him in September. This experience has been a nightmare. Please be careful when making a decision to let a vet sedate your dog. Not all vets and or techs are qualified to care of your dog when sedated.

Our other 2 vets did not see a problem that our 7 year old pug was having and misdiagnosed her (they have been good vets so this is not a blemish on them) so we brought her here and they immediately found the issues. Unfortunately they had to refer us to another facility for a procedure but we feel very comfortable with this vet and staff and will continue to come to them with all of our pets. I feel that he took advantage of my grief. He has given fine care as far as I can tell but this is just wrong. Also, they routinely give one-year vaccinations instead of 3-year unless you insist, and make no effort to consolidate appointments. So I've gotten one vaccination for my anxious, reactive dog only to get a postcard a few weeks later saying she needs a different one. Given my latest and last experience, I can only assume this is to maximize profits without consideration for the pet or owner.
