How can i contact them? Thank you!

You may want to reconsider. I took my pets to Pet Oasis for 10 days of pet sitting while out of town and could not get an answer to any phone calls the whole time. Upon my return, one of my dogs could not walk and died shortly after. In addition to… Read more

Unfortunately, the receptionists don't treat the fur families as 'valued customers'. They're not at all pleasant, professional, or even customer service related. Seems like they don't even want to be there. The one vet tech I spoke to was helpful and nice. I just started going to this office and didn't get the impression that they cared about having us there. I have five cats, and was in the market for a new veterinary office. Sadly, this won't be it. Not to mention that they're slightly overpriced. They're the only vet in the area that I know of that does lion cuts for cats, and they did a TERRIBLE job. For a cost of $75, my cat should have looked like a professional groomer did it, not a beginner. No uniformity, and I can tell the job was rushed. I could see the lines of demarcation from each pass of the electric clippers. Her coat was completely uneven, and it looked like they changed the clipper depth several times. I asked ahead of time for them to take before and after pictures. I was assured that would happen, but it didn't. I barely got an apology for that. I walked in and the gals were on the phone. None of them bothered to look up and acknowledge my presence. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, before someone looked at me with a glare. Granted, you're on the phone, but a professional/polite smile acknowledging you're there is in order. Very disappointing experience. I'll be having my new vet call for a records transfer.

I do all sort of things for my dogs and yes I work my ass off so that my dogs can have a good boujee life. With that being said, finding a place like a daycare requires me a lot of research. After hours of researching, I decided to try Stoney Creek and y'all, this place is the cutest and coolest ever. When I took my dogs here for the first time, they gave me this "Reporting Card". ARE YOU SERIOUS. Both of my dogs got A+ on their reporting cards and I couldn't be happier(reporting cards are still on my refrigerator). Even though their reporting cards were pretty accurate and included lots of details, I still called them and asked how my dogs were doing. They did not mind me calling and they were checking on my dogs for me whenever I wanted to know. After our first daycare trial, I bought couple passes so that I could bring my dogs more often. They both always look so tired whenever I pick them up after my work and I assume that means they had a blast right? Lastly, I LOVE staff here, everybody is so friendly and I can tell they love my dogs just like theirs. Again, I still call them whenever I drop off my dogs and they always put up with me:) If you are looking for a daycare for your dogs, I highly recommend Stoney Creek, you and your dogs will love it!

They called me two days before my vacation to cancel because of an outdated vaccine. They then blamed me for not checking on this sooner. I would have had no problem with this if they would have communicated instead of telling me they would take care of it. The entire staff was incredibly rude and the manager hung up on me when I told them they should waive the cancellation fee due to poor communication. Don't even bother with this place. I understand people make mistakes but jeez they obviously do not take customer service seriously. I would give negative stars if I could.

Despite our different attempts to get him healthy and to properly train him in all the most basic of dog skills, it was quite evident that we needed to reach out to caring professionals who could help all of us. Ultimately, this meant temporarily placing him in a situation which would help us help him return to the healthy little 8-week puppy we loved with all our hearts. My wife and I, and of course, Max, needed a fresh start to get back on the path toward a healthy lifestyle. I researched the issue and found out about a viable solution, Dancing Creek Farm, a long-term boarding and training located outside of Danville, Virginia. So, we made the difficult decision to hand over the responsibilities of Max's health and general well-being to Tamara and Dakota and the rest of the Dancing Creek team to provide Max the means of not only shedding his unhealthy weight, but also to go back to the drawing board to relearn how to follow commands and improve his self-control and discipline. I did the communicating with Dancing Creek throughout Max's stay and saw that Dancing Creek was not just a viable solution, but a godsend for Max. I could see that Tamara and Dakota understood dogs and how to give them the help they needed, whatever that might be. In the four months that Max was at Dancing Creek, the wonderful team of Tamara and Dakota, the owners of Dancing Creek Farm, and their staff, helped Max lose thirty-two pounds and trained him to improve his discipline and self-control. They crafted a diet and exercise plan unique to Max, which surely couldn't have been easy when caring for eighty other dogs. It turned his life around. He's never been happier. We've been back home with Max for a week and see a more confident, better-trained dog who has a new lease on life. This is making a huge difference, not just in Max's life, but in the functioning of our family. We've gotten to know Tamara and Dakota through Max's journey. We really respect their dedication to the animals and the hard work they put into to the health and well-being of the dogs at Dancing Creek. Tamara and Dakota and Team really care about this work. That really matters. In fact, it makes all the difference. Because of our gratitude, we will certainly be keeping track of all the other dogs at Dancing Creek. In addition, we want to thank the Dancing Creek community. They rallied around Max during his journey and supported him and us. We are so appreciative of the love they showed Max. (I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the Facebook, IG videos and photos that chronicled Max's journey.) We are also so excited for Dancing Creek, as they plan to spread their love for dogs with a non-profit for dogs who are of an advanced age. In conclusion, from Tamara and Dakota to the staff who worked so hard, we can never repay what you given Max and our family. It goes without saying that not all aspects of working with dogs is glamorous,as any pet owner knows. The DCF Team has shown that the work they do in this rural southern Virginia community is more to them than work. It's a calling to serve. This calling serves both the dogs and their owners. We thank you and salute you all#Namaste

The cabins are not only heated and cooled but incredibly spacious. The grounds are extremely well taken care of and provide ample running space for pups during their outings. My moms dogs have been here since around May of 2025 and they are so loved and taken care of, it helps ease our hearts knowing how well they are being treated at Dancing Creek Farm. If you need a long or short term boarding, this is absolutely the best place to go.
