He genuinely cares, and will often ask about my other cats when I bring one or two in. He always wants to make sure they are happy and healthy and will do what is necessary to ensure your pet will have a long, happy life. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there, but it is totally worth it when my pets and I are both treated well and with respect. We have one who is not good with strangers and will hiss at Dr. Brown, but he handles it wonderfully and tries to make friends. He is patient and will take his time to ensure things are done correctly and all concerns are taken care of. Their new facility is absolutely beautiful, and is well deserved for such a wonderful veterinarian. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
