Charlie came out and laid by my wife's side, was very calm even with several of her littermates playing nearby. Heather was very accommodating with her time as we came from out of town and the facilities are clean and the puppies are very well taken care of. Like any pet owner, I worry about them getting the attention and proper care they need when I am not available. I was thoroughly pleased when I returned. Jewell left a short note each day of what she did and how the cats were each day when she arrived. My cats were happy and content, as if I had never been gone at all. It sure gave me a total peace of mind knowing they were well taken care of while I was gone. I can't thank Jewell enough for all she did during those two weeks and I will not hesitate to ask Diana and Jewell again when I need to leave for a prolonged time period.

We had some major communication issues where she was not understanding me or what I was saying and did not take the time to actually listen to what I was saying I will never return. I also had a phone call with her and on the phone call her demeanor was even worse. I don't know why she thinks she can treat customers that way, but it's quite ridiculous. If they want to keep any business, you can't treat people that way

Unfortunately, he had cancer throughout his body and couldn't be saved. It was a horrible day, but I can't say enough about the kind, compassionate treatment of Dr. Dawson and her staff. They keep us informed on all the tests and gave us all the options. It was very late in the day and past closing time, but they allowed three of my kids and my wife to say goodbye to Dallas on FaceTime. Everyone in the clinic was so kind. Yes bills are expensive but they are even higher in other locations but the girls at reception encouraged me to open a Care Card which has made it possible to make payments without interest , I had never heard of this before and am so grateful for that tip. I highly, highly recommend Brown Animal hospital! My dogs walk in nervous but because of the way they are treated and talked to by the entire staff they are waging their tails and happy before we even get seen by the doctors!
