It is still difficult to write this since it hasn't been two months since my sweet Lily passed away. She had been diagnosed with cancer in early October and passed the weekend before Thanksgiving of last year. I woke up to find she had passed peacefully in her sleep. I was frantic because I was in shock and didn't know what steps to take next. Luckily, one of my besties recommended Pet Passages. I elected to bring her to the facility instead of having them pick her up because I wanted to be with her every step of the way. RJ was so kind and caring when we dropped Lily off. He gave us time to say our goodbyes before leaving her. I was able to schedule viewing her cremation as my final goodbye and returned that following Monday. Pet Passages made a paw print impression, cut a lock of her fur, and placed her ashes in a velvet pouch. This place is so special. The space is clean, you have privacy, and the care they put into everything is unmatched. I had put flowers and a crystal in with my cat without any expectations of what they would do with it. When I picked up his ashes we were informed that all of it went in with him which touched my heart. We received his wooden box with an engraved name plate, his paw print, and a packet of wild flower seeds which again, touched my heart. His ashes came in a beautiful velvet bag, which was also engraved. "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge". So beautiful. It is very clear that my boy was in the best possible hands. I have used Pet Passages twice, and both experiences were excellent. RJ is very caring and helpful. Me and my pets were treated gently. The first time I had to call was a Sunday morning, and RJ came and met me at their office. I was so relieved, when my vet told me about them, because when I called to try and make arrangements at another company (my cat had cancer and I was trying to plan ahead - to avoid extra upset when the time came). The other company was less than friendly, which was upsetting, because I had used them in the past. The second time was a Friday afternoon, and it was just before closing, the day after Tropical Storm/Hurricane Ian. My vet called and RJ waited for us to bring my sweet girl to him. Both times, RJ was super patient and I never felt rushed or pushed to make my decisions. I truly appreciate the compassion and excellent service provided by Pet Passages. . read more

When I tell you these are the most caring people I mean it! Our little doggie passed away unexpectedly at a late hour around 10 pm. I called and they were so caring on the phone and had no problem meeting my husband there. The whole process was quick so you weren't left waiting for your pet to come home. And to top everything off RJ even met my husband to return out doggie when he was unable to get there during their hours. They went above and beyond.
