They get to know you, you pet and always leave a daily log as to what they did. Our cat was pretty independent and we told them they only needed to come in for 30 minutes at most. They always did and he took to them right away, which was unusual as he doesn't like many people. I will never call anyone else for the care of my pet. Kathy was always prompt and professional with all our needs, even when my schedule would change. Melissa was spectacular! I cannot think of anyone else that would care for my dog better than she does. She would visit twice a week to walk my dog and always leave a journal entry as to what they did and how the visit went. Always caring and professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know.
