My dog loved this place. After reading some reviews I was a little bit skeptical, I was also nervous about just leaving my dog with other dogs in general. However to my surprise my dog loves going to play and take a bath at this location. Anytime he realizes we are in the parking lot he is very excited. They also will go the extra mile one time I was out of town and need to cancel a grooming because of a dog injury and they offered to pick up my dogs who were staying home with my mom and triage the injury or help transport to the vet. On April 8 I took my dog in to be groomed. When I picked her up she was a quadraplegic. The groomer left her unattended and she walked off the table and broke her neck. To add insult to injury the owner did not fire the groomer responsible. I have the incident on video. Four months of hell later my dog is dead. There are plenty of responsible groomers around. Do yourself a favor and use one of them. I am not sure why I can't post this without giving at least one star. I am broken. Here's the response from the owner when I told her my dog died: "U know what dad u guys did whatever u want and try to destroy my business even know I did everything in my power for help! After using Maria in the past to groom my 2 Labradoddles, I stopped using her because the quality of grooming was getting worse and I wasn't happy with the customer service. She was aware of this and she apologized and said she had some family issue's going on. So I decided to give her another chance since I needed my fur babies groomed for the holidays. I was surprised she could work on them 2 days before Christmas since another groomer told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get them in for grooming. She said she could pick them up and groom them. Maria herself picked them up and after talking to her she seemed to be over whelmed with trying to do everything in her business. When you care and are good at your craft you will be very busy. This is what happen with Maria. Unfortunately she is to busy and she needs to take a step back and slow down and pay more attention to what is going on in her very busy understaffed business. My babies came back from grooming and I noticed one was licking her leg so I examined the area. She was burnt, skin was very red & irritated and her fur was like a brillo pad. She definitely had been burnt, found a couple more hot spots on her and she was very scared and kept trying to run away from me. She never acts that way. I was horrified! Reached out to Maria, asking if she used heat with hair dryers, she said no, but it was her new brushes that she bought and realized after having others use them that they were to hard. She said she would give me a free grooming and she would work on them from start to finish. Unfortunately I won't be going back to Pet Spa. After paying $266 dollars along with a $50 dollar tip, feel I can save the money and the trauma on my fur babies. I normally wouldn't leave a review, but feel it very necessary and important to others. My advice to you Maria, slow down in the New Year ahead and pay attention to the care & safety of those precious ones! read more

Pet Spa is top notch for grooming and boarding. I trust my dogs (Chow Chow (Leo- RIP) and Great Pyrenees (Sophia) to Pet Spa for the past 8 years. They take pride in their work and have reasonable prices. These two breeds are among the most difficult to groom since they have double coats. They love dogs and treat each client as if it were their own. Their boarding services are unique in that dogs are not kenneled. They socialize with other dogs and are walked outside. We took our dog to get his nails clipped and much to our surprise we were charged $30 for a service of less than 15 minuets, now the issue is not the money but for the service that they rendered and as the eye could see it was not ... and I mean not a clean environment for the dogs to be in. Horrible experience at this "pet spa". I had won a gift certificate at a charity event for a dog grooming session at this pet spa. When I arrived with my dog, one of the owners there mistakenly told me that my dog could not be groomed because "the dog was not up-to-date with her shots". I asked her to call my vet because I had brought all of the vet's paperwork that showed that my dog did have all of her shots. The vet confirmed that my dog had had all of her shots. So this "pet spa" owner, even when presented with the vet's paperwork and the vet's verbal reassurances that my dog was fully vaccinated, still disagreed with the vet and screamed at me to get out of her "spa" with my dog. I then immediately went to the vet with the dog. The vet assured me that my dog was indeed up-to-date with shots. I believe that the owner just did not want to honor the gift certificate. Very bad business sense! The pet spa owner "donated" a gift certificate and then reneged on it. Ugh!! read more

Marco and Maria are amazing, they have been grooming my dogs for 19 plus years. My dogs love going to Pet Spa they actually bang on the door to get let in. They truly care about my girls, 5 months ago my 10 yr old was very ill and couldn't spend hours getting groomed. Marco and Maria not only came in early for her but completed her ( 70 lb long hair ) in less than 2 hours giving her water breaks in between. I cannot rave about their services enough, they always call immediately if something does not look right. Once Marco called me when he found an odd rash on my dogs feet I rushed her to vet and found out she had a rare tick born disease. My vet was amazed they found this through all her hair and asked for their business card. I wish my doctors cared about my well being like. everyone at the Pet Spa cares about my dogs. read more

My dog Sonny was expertly groomed and cared for by Pet Spa Center for 14 years. They always go above and beyond and even point out potential health issues when issues are noticed. My dog understood what "Pet Spa" meant and always ran to the car with tail wagging when he knew he was going there. He always looked beautiful, smelled beautiful and even had pleasant smelling breath when I picked him up, usually with his new scarf that made him look even more handsome. Sonny died a month ago, and the people at Pet Spa were almost as heartbroken as I was to have lost their friend.
