Well, I have their business card with $120 written in it. I didn't want to argue so I paid but I won't be back. Just make sure you double check the price before you take your dog to be groomed here. Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She's actively working on helping the vein recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons." We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.

The employees always recognize me and my family and greet us with a big smile on their face. I've gotten a chance to know them from the various visits I pay to the store on a weekly basis lol ,and they are wonderful people. The store always seems clean and the fish tanks are always spotless, which is the primary reason I go there besides buying cat food.
