Unfortunately, the receptionists don't treat the fur families as 'valued customers'. They're not at all pleasant, professional, or even customer service related. Seems like they don't even want to be there. The one vet tech I spoke to was helpful and nice. I just started going to this office and didn't get the impression that they cared about having us there. I have five cats, and was in the market for a new veterinary office. Sadly, this won't be it. Not to mention that they're slightly overpriced. They're the only vet in the area that I know of that does lion cuts for cats, and they did a TERRIBLE job. For a cost of $75, my cat should have looked like a professional groomer did it, not a beginner. No uniformity, and I can tell the job was rushed. I could see the lines of demarcation from each pass of the electric clippers. Her coat was completely uneven, and it looked like they changed the clipper depth several times. I asked ahead of time for them to take before and after pictures. I was assured that would happen, but it didn't. I barely got an apology for that. I walked in and the gals were on the phone. None of them bothered to look up and acknowledge my presence. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, before someone looked at me with a glare. Granted, you're on the phone, but a professional/polite smile acknowledging you're there is in order. Very disappointing experience. I'll be having my new vet call for a records transfer.

I'm very particular who my pets go to see, and have had some awful experiences in the past. I have a very fearful, but non reactive large breed dog, and they are wonderful with him. The vet/vet tech came in, and sat on the floor with him, and he doesn't even take treats from "strangers". I was genuinely shocked when my dog approached her and allowed her to pet him. They recognize my dog when he comes in, and have outstanding customer service. I also bring my cat here, but he's very easy going and loves people, so he would be happy anywhere. They have always answered the phone quickly, and are always very friendly.

Around 5:20pm, still no vet. I was mildly annoyed but it's the end of the day. Oh well. I knew they closed soon, but wasn't sure exactly when, so I opened the exam door back to the lobby and asked the lady at the desk what time the closed. She said 5:30 and that the vet will be in shortly. Okay cool. 5:43pm vet FINALLY walks in. Super friendly and apologetic. Seems like she's had a bit of a day. So I just continue to be polite. All in all, I'm chalking it up to bad luck, but I will say, waiting over an hour and a half to pick up my grandmas cat was exhausting and I don't know if I'll ever take any of my pets there.

Terrible vet. diagnosed her with "infection of unknown origin"…read moreprescribed amoxicillin and sent us home. she did not improve at all, temp, lethargic, no appetite, and seem to be in pain. had to take her to another emergency vet on Sunday and was tentatively diagnosed with pancreatitis which need entirely different treatment! my baby suffered three extra days because they did not test for pancreatitis despite exhibiting all symptoms except throwing up! I'll NEVER recommend them or go there again. thank God a tech vet friend and my granddaughter recognized the signs and began treatment and got her to another ER today. she's headed to regular vet tomorrow for confirmation but her temp is already declining with instructions of treatment from 2nd ER
