They even keep you updated if there's a medical concern or really any concern with your dog. They called me right away when they saw something strange go on with Spunkie under their care (She was fine in the end) I pay about 60-ish for my 100 pound dogs basic grooming service (bath, nails, shave out paw pads) they don't even charge extra if you'd like a certain shampoo used like oatmeal if your dog has allergies like mine. The vet techs and vet were all kind and kept me up to date on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I ended up having to leave my pup overnight, but she was in good hands. The only thing I will say is that I had to call for updates since no one contacted me from the day I left her in the afternoon until the next day towards the afternoon to tell me what was going on or if she could come home that day. We didn't have a primary vet since we had recently adopted her, but they kindly got us into the sister facility (non-emergency) clinic within days of seeing her. It was quite pricey (around $3000), as emergency vets tend to be, but they were very transparent with me about that up front.

We trusted their team to find the cause and help him. After an exam, imaging, and hours of monitoring, we were told nothing abnormal was found and were advised to seek additional care elsewhere. The next morning, Rocky was still struggling to breathe, so we checked his mouth ourselves and found a 5-inch stick lodged in his throat. We removed it, and his breathing improved immediately. He has since made a full recovery. It is extremely upsetting that something causing such a serious breathing issue was missed despite the evaluation and imaging performed. We brought him there because we believed he needed emergency care, yet we ultimately found the cause ourselves. When we reached out afterward, we had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. We were told the case was reviewed and that the care was appropriate, but no refund or resolution was offered. We are incredibly grateful Rocky is okay, but this experience left us disappointed and unable to recommend this hospital.
