They played with the dogs while they were here. That's fine but you have cages that are sharp enough to slice the dogs like this and you are not controlling the dogs. Terrible.

My dog is the sweetest soul on this planet so that caught me off guard. Secondly, I noticed afterward that two of his front incisors were missing...and it had to have happened there because his mouth was fine before I took him and his teeth were gone and he was drooling blood-tainted saliva afterward. So upon a $200 vet visit the day after, the vet said he had suffered trauma to the lower jaw and didn't want anyone touching it. Also, the dog I took was a happy, perky, loving puppy and he hasn't been the same since I got him back. He will NOT go through any doors and he shows no interest in anyone. He's been in the corner of the room away from everyone ever since I've got him home. When I called the shop after I left a negative review on their facebook, the owner told me that my dog "Freaked out" in the bathtub and knocked his teeth out but the employee bathing him did not tell her about it...and the owner said the security camera didn't catch that angle.
