Solid store. The other reviews talk about the selection and friendly staff so I won't yearbook sign with that in my review. This store is located in the King Square shopping center directly off of Sheridan. They have about six spots directly out front and three or four of those are for online or phone pickup orders. Nice feature if you're getting a lot of items for home or in a hurry. Inside they have shopping carts and baskets for those larger items. A dog wash station and a pet tag engraver are also some of the first items you see upon entry. What more could you want? Various wet and dry foods? Yes. Fish and respective foods? Yes. Ferrets?! Yes. Plenty of treats, bulk treats, toys, pet cleanup sprays, digestive chews, crates for new family members, and training items too. Basically the first half of the store is food and treats and the latter half more fish tank, pet bowl, and cat tree like items. The staff is very knowledgeable too so it's a better experience versus a Petco or PetSmart in my opinion. They don't have a ton of locations versus the other stores I mentioned but if you have one nearby I would certainly stop in and see four yourself. Especially to compare any food or supplements you're already purchasing elsewhere. Fair prices and they regularly send you sale and coupon items in their digital newsletter. read more

Great selection of pet supplies. We recently added to our family and got a puppy. Where other pet stores had many items (like collars) out of stock, Pet Supplies Plus had a wide variety of options. They also have many sales and coupons. I frequently receive 20% off coupons which I use for toys, food, or treats. Lots of healthy and natural dog food and treats too. We find some good options that we may have to look for at specialty pet stores. They also have a good cat and other pet supplies selection. They sell pets like guinea pigs, reptiles, and fish too. I haven't asked a lot of questions from the staff. They always seem to ask if I need help looking for something though. Location is fine. Next to the Big Lots and it's own parking spots too. read more

I love this shop! My Rottie has been licking his paws causing raw spots. I went in looking for a cone, Alexa approached asking if I needed help and gave me the best advice. She was very knowledgable and super friendly. She guided me towards wraps that taste bitter so he would not pull them off. Its been about 4 days now and he is healing up very well! Fish Lives Matter Purchased fish here once and was very satisfied. Went back for a few additions and was told by the female csr that SHE didn't want to sell me any more fish because SHE thinks it was too much fish in my tank. Never going back! I came in today to get some dog food and cat food. And when I went to the register today. Alexa was quite rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day. But I've been coming here 10 years. And I've never been treated so rudely. In a ten years, i've never seen such a poor higher with a poor attitude in front of her employees She's funny and hilarious, but when she deals with her customers, she is really rude. Got bored of Petco/Petsmart. Wanted to try another business and I didn't regret it. Loved how well maintained and organized it is. The staffs were legitimately the friendliest I've come across at a pet store. Loved how they have a friendly cat roaming freely around the shop, under supervision from the staffs of course. This is a great please to get all kind of supplies for your pet. The manager is wonderful person. Always very helpful, knowledgeable and all the employees in a store always take care of the customers carrying big items, helping find products and taking care of the pets that are for sale. They even offer to take purchased items straight to the car. Couldn't ask for a better pet store in my area. If used curb side pick up option, product was brought to the car in minutes and out straight to the trunk. They even offer home delivery straight to your door. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here. We have bought fish at least four times for our 55 gallon tank and never had even one die. That has to be some kind of record. The glo fish are often on sale. In addition, the owner and manager have both offered to host rescue adoption events. Really kind staff and have rarely had to wait for help or in line. read more

Love this neighborhood store. Just found out they deliver for free. Have done it twice now. Now I feel spoiled and will continue to get my dogs stuff delivered. Both times delivered within a few hours. Got a thank you note and everything I ordered. Prices are the same as the big chain stores but they have better sales. I love coming here to buy anything I need for my pet. Today I went in to my location and happened to meet Victoria. I had forgotten my mask so she quickly told me, you can't be in here with out a mask. Which is fine I went back to my car and grabbed one and put it on as she asked. I then grabbed my dog food. She then before I could put it on the counter she tried scanning it. I fumbled around with the bag. I failed to give her the angle she required. I have been shopping at this store for a few years now. Once I discovered this store I didn't shop anywhere else for my fish. I have purchased many different kinds of fish over the years including plecos. I went into the store today to buy some fish including a places formula 36 gallon fish tank. The young lady who waited on me told me that the places is for a 55 gallon tank not my 36 gallon. I have purchased a places before at this location and no one hesitated to sell my the fish. The young lady was not rude by any means she did not try to suggest a different kind of fish that would be good in my aquarium. I left with just my dog treats. So yesterday I had to give my dog a haircut and she was matted pretty bad so i had to go really short. I noticed that under her back leg she was irritated and I needed to help. I called the store and a lovely lady answered and said come on down and I'll help you find something. I drove right over and she recommended a probiotic spray and was very helpful. My go-to pet store! One of the only places with pay by the ounce hamster and small pet food. There are multiple options also which was helpful when my hamster needed to go on a diet and had to have less veggies and more pallets. The small pet toy aisle is a little small but the cat & dog food aisles definitely make up for it! I find a ton of reasonably priced cat food for anything I'm looking for like hairball control, weight management and indoor cat specific. The staff is always very friendly and I always see the same people when I go in. I live across the street so this will remain my go to store!
