Without ever having met us, Jen stepped in and made short notice accommodations to go get our dogs keep them overnight, and make sure they got on their new flights at the crack of dawn. For the price they charge, I would have expected more attention to detail and better quality, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. What pushed me to write this review was today's experience. We arrived 20 minutes late due to unavoidable traffic, and they charged us an additional $70 late fee--on top of the already steep $230 for two haircuts. Paying $300 for two small dogs' grooming is simply outrageous, especially when the results are just average at best. Needless to say, we won't be returning. I want to caution others to carefully consider their options. For this price, you can likely find a groomer who provides both better service and higher-quality work.
