And what was most surprising is that the prices are even lower than you'll find at Petco. I even came across my dog's favorite dental treats for cheaper than Costco. I also buy my wild birdseed and suet here, so I've got all the critters around my house covered. When you can shop a local small business without sacrificing budget or selection, it's a win-win. I'll be coming here as long as they'll let me.

They carry toys, pet beds, food, treats, feeders and much more. The people that work there are always super pleasant and nice. The prices are reasonable, and cheaper then my local grocery store. Made my way up to the front to pay for my items, the cashier asked if I was part of their pet membership club, I asked if it was free to join, and I would only receive email promotions, and my total came to over $50, for all the of the items I had purchased. Pet items are very expensive. Lots of diarrhea and poops, and very smelly farts. Our vet was running out of options and I knew there must be something better. After doing research of my own about raw food, and upon the advice of a friend who had worked with Jill, I visited the Pet Beastro. Was recommended and did the Pet Intolerance test. Then met with Jill to discuss the results as well as get guided suggestions on diet and supplements. Our dog also had giardia and was on round after round of treatment. After following Jill's advice, we found a raw diet less expensive than the prescription diet, supplements that helped to naturally clear the giardia, and a friendly small business. They have store in Warren and in Madison Heights. If you're struggling with finding a healthy diet for your dog and unhappy with the advice of your vet (which may be OWNED by a pet food manufacturer) and the big box pet stores, give Pet Beastro a try.
