She charged $35 to trim my dog's nails because he was "challenging". He is the most chilled dog (small dog with small nails) I said, but it's $25 for a nail clipping. She rudely replied, your dog was difficult. I was there the whole time and never heard him make a sound. I said, I apologize and would have stepped back there if I knew. So where does it state that you can up charge at your discretion? They lost a long time customer today. I was shocked at her behavior but more shocked that they can charge what they choose.

It was a hustle ...,blood work, another doctor charge and the strength medication given low on first visit and at check out ... didn't give me all the paperwork/ tests done ! Made a next day appointment with "Crestview ", they said blood work was current enough , gave my cat a stronger version of medication that worked ! Best advice....Stay away from this clinic !!! I found Paw Perfect just looking up groomers online in the area as well as reviews on Yelp, but also remembered I had passed their sign a number of times. It was easy to get an appointment and when I got there everyone was very nice. The problem is that it's very hard for me to explain what I want for my dog. Luckily, I was able to talk it out with a person, who I believe was the owner, and felt comfortable with our conversation. They were busy that day but still managed to get her groomed within about 3 hrs and I was overall pleased with the outcome. She wasn't cut quite how i thought she would be but overall I was still pleased, especially since i really don't know how to fully articulate exactly what I want. Pricing was a little higher than I am use to paying. Yes, I would suggest using their services but I would just make sure you fully understand pricing and also properly describe what you want for your pet a little better than I did.

I made called and made a last minute appointment for her the morning of and I was thankful they were able to squeeze her in that afternoon. It took quite a while for a full wash and tidy trim but she came out looking extra fluffy and clean. I probably should have gotten a full cut since her hair was WAY too long but I'm picky and don't trust groomers easily. However, Happy Dog Spa did a great job for a last minute booking and I would be happy to use them again the next time I have an emergent need.

They told me he "did great" which isnt a surprise since he has been getting a full groom every month for 9 years. Its a scandal to send a dog home like this.
