I have gone back and forth about writing a review, but it's been months and it's still bothering me. And, if it helps save people their hard earned money, I can't NOT intervene. I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom is the most incredible and selfless woman in the world, so my brothers and I wanted to treat her to a nice flower arrangement that we thought she'd really love. I scoured local shops until I found the perfect arrangement here. It was exactly what I knew my mom would love. In fact, I paid EXTRA to ensure that the arrangement was EXACTLY like the photo. I've attached a photo of what I ordered compared to what I received. My heart sunk when I saw it. I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with. I struggle financially, so this was a triple blow to me. I've learned my lesson to never order flowers online. Always go in to a store. I strongly advise you to do the same. read more

I placed an order to be delivered to my girlfriend's work for our anniversary. There was a bit of a mix-up with the delivery date so I gave them a call to sort it out. Forgetting the name of the nice lady who answered the phone, but immediately after hearing the situation she was extremely apologetic and offered a more than a reasonable solution for me. I went into this call pretty disappointed because my plans got messed up, but the service I got was incredible and I couldn't be happier. Also, my girlfriend loved the arrangement. read more

We exchanged text messages to land on the perfect arrangement (inspired by my wife's wedding day bouquet), and a week later my wife was super delighted to receive the flowers at her office. VERY disappointed in this company! For the price of these flowers to have them delivered looking like this is horrible. I emailed them the pictures and they said the outside petals are "guard petals" they leave on... to basically let's the flowers get wilted. That is a horrible response and awful customer service. The flowers are wilted and dead. They shipped from Equador 5 days ago and delivered to my today with no water on them. Of course they delivered almost dead and wilted. I will never use this company again the flowers were awful and customer service was terrible. read more

I purchased an elaborate bouquet for my small covid-conscious ceremony at Tampier lake, and Susanna completely blew me away with her creation. I had requested an arrangement with manyyyy different flowers in an asymmetrical oblong shape, something that only an experienced and truly talented florist could pull off. Her vision was both totally in line with and completely beyond my own at the same time. A review does no justice to the bouquet. If you describe it, Susanna can make it happen (at a very reasonable price!). Cannot thank them enough. read more

She ordered online for the Mother's Day bouquet and what showed up did not resemble anything whatsoever pictured online. She was very disappointed and most likely could have purchased the flowers that we received at Jewel for 1/3 of the price! read more

Bouq is very unethical. They give you a shipping date option to meet a certain date and when they miss the date, they say that sometimes it takes longer (in this case 5 days) and they won't let you cancel. I would never order from them again! read more

On April 18, 2018, your flower shop provided arrangements for a funeral. Prior to the funeral, my sister, the widow of the deceased, and I met one of your associates, and advised the general description of the flower arrangements we wanted. The flowers arrived at the funeral mass. Two pots, one small heart and one bouquet. They were no way like our request, in particular lacking an abundance of greens. We brought a small porcelain sailboat to the florist. It was to be put on the floral heart. The sailboat was smashed into the heart, we could not tell what it was. SAD. As well, the bouquet wrapped in green ribbons was water soaked. The funeral director said the flowers cannot be put on the coffin, because the water would drip all over the coffin. The director and my sister, the widow, then squeezed dry the ribbon, but the ribbon was all wrinkled and unsightly. The next day, I went back to the flower shop and met Peter. He identified himself as an owner. Peter also said he delivered the flowers, and thought they looked okay. I said okay is not acceptable and told him we were not satisfied. It has been more than two weeks since the funeral. No contact has been made with the widow, to express any apology. We did not seek any restitution, just acknowledgement of the mistakes made. This is a shameful lack of care and follow up, by a business owner and his associates. read more

I ordered a Snake Plant from Bouqs for $60. The plant that arrived was less than 6" tall with the pot. It was significantly smaller than it appears online. I'm kicking myself for going with convenience of ordering it online vs just going to a plant store or florist locally. read more

Bouq Box did a phenomenal job with our wedding flowers. I procrastinated meeting with florists because I did not know what to ask for. Going into our meeting, we were greeted warmly and invited to a lounge area to discuss our ideas and review some of the samples and photos that Bouq Box had on hand. Susanna and Lizzie were professional and extremely knowledgeable - so much so, that with really minimal description from me, they understood what I was looking for for my wedding. Very disappointed in this company and their quality and customer service! This is why I always use a local florist and will continue to do so in the future. The bouquet my mother received was very small and cheap looking nothing like the picture, the flowers were delivered a full 24 hours later than I was told they would be there and when they arrived they were wilted. Customer service said they were supposed to look like that I highly doubt it!!! This is the response I received "At first, they may appear pretty green, small and even a little floppy looking. This is totally normal! When we order test batches of lilies they show up to the office looking this exact same way. Their buds are usually closed and their beautiful color has not shown itself yet." As you can see in the pic almost all the buds were fully open and wilted! Do yourself a favor and call a local florist or just go to the store and get them yourself!!!! read more
