My wedding day came and I was blown away by the bouquets. The colors just popped and they made my pictures look absolutely beautiful! She had a vision and she executed it flawlessly. My mom is the most incredible and selfless woman in the world, so my brothers and I wanted to treat her to a nice flower arrangement that we thought she'd really love. I scoured local shops until I found the perfect arrangement here. It was exactly what I knew my mom would love. In fact, I paid EXTRA to ensure that the arrangement was EXACTLY like the photo. I've attached a photo of what I ordered compared to what I received. My heart sunk when I saw it. I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with.
