My wife and I are moving to Estero Florida. My wife is in Estero and I had to fly back to California to finish up another couple weeks of work before I can retire. My wife was feeling bummed because I wasn't with her so I decided to send some flowers to her. Petals and Presents florists delivered the most beautiful flowers! They were delivered within an hour and a half of me placing the orders, and my wife was in tears over how beautiful the arrangement was. You never know when you call a florist across the country how the flowers are going to arrive to the recipient. I had a bad experience with this florist. Granted it was a busy Mother's Day delivery. The flowers were OK. I didn't care for the choices. Pink carnations, 2 red roses, and yellow lilies. The biggest problem was the delivery man. I was backing out of my driveway and he went behind me and up the driveway. I was taught to wait until the person backs out and then turn into the driveway. There could have been an accident. He was rude about it. I left because my husband was working at home so he could accept the delivery. The guy must not have rung the bell. When I came home the flowers were sitting in the sun at the front door. I called the store. They didn't answer and the mail box was full. A sign that the business does not want to provide good customer service. read more

Okay listen up all Florist in the Tri State Area look at how flowers are Supposed to look Day 1 day 24 Tell me why in all my 40 +++++++ Years I have Never gotten flowers to last past 5 days( and even that was rare). Please call petals and presents and ask them their secret because they are doing something right!!! Even the delivery person was sweet she was very very up beat and happy we like a ubeat and happy. The shop owners asked the occasion, style, and price point I was looking for and within 10 minutes had a beautiful vase/bouquet put together for me. Ordered Christmas flowers for us today. Received them minus the roses that were in the picture and description. Called to let them know and the girl who answered the phone was very nice and checked with the owner to see how to handle. Answer - they will bring a new arrangement tomorrow and exchange it for the one I received. I can just leave it outside if I'm not home and they will pick it up. I don't have any use for a second arrangement but really? Seems like they would suck it up, their mistake and just say we'll bring you another one. Oh well. Won't use them again. read more

I live in Michigan and placed and order in the beginning of March to be delivered to a family member in Florida on March 14. These were time sensitive for an anniversary and were supposed to be delivered on the day I ordered them to be delivered for. They never showed up so I contacted them about where the flowers were and they told me they don't deliver to Fort Myers beach so they sent my order to be fulfilled at another florist, to which that florist rejected it. I was never informed that they didn't deliver on the island or that my order was not going to be fulfilled. I then called and they told me they would find another florist that could do my order for $85 and deliver it on the island. my original order from petals and presents was only to be $65 with delivery fee. So I decided that $85 was fine, only then to be told that the fees on top of that would total out to $120. They didn't offer to comp anything for their mistakes that already would make my order later than the date I chose in advance. $120 was more than I was planning on spending so I had to cancel my order and now my family member doesn't get the flowers I told them they were receiving. Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication, I gave them two weeks of notice and hadn't heard from them until I called. read more

I received a bouquet the Friday before Mothers Day. By Mothers Day the roses were dead and the lilies were on the way out. I left a message for Petals & Presents and they returned my call first thing Monday. They sent me another bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful. wife got wilted flowers delivered from them - they haltingly replaced them the next day and called her a bitch on the way out the door argued that they were fine when in fact they were wilted...we had flowers from costco that were a week old that looked as good as these; and they were 3x as many at half the cost. and nobody called her a bitch there don't use these guys, unless you think you are a bitch and deserve poor treatment from your vendors read more

I have received flowers twice from Petals & Presents. Both times they've had wilted or burnished looking flowers. My mother's day bouquet arrived with leaves that had been chewed up by bugs, and the baby roses are not healthy looking doubtful they will open. Makes me very sad as this was the 1st time my son sent me flowers on his own. If this is the typical quality I would not recommend. read more
