Service is friendly and helpful. They have folks indoors and out to ensure customers get attention with their questions and purchases quickly. Parking is my least favorite thing here. We wound up making beautiful wreaths complete with ribbons, pinecones, and several different types of greenery. The manager told me that they were very welcoming of people who didn't know much about plants/plant care and that every so often they offered their customers the ability to exchange cuttings or gardening material (soil, pots, etc). There are multiple greenhouses on the property. I came in with a plan of what I needed and of course, ended up leaving with more. From speaking with the owner (Steve) and Mel (who may be the manager?), I learned that they have plans for expansion and they hand grow most, if not all, of their flowers and plants. I haven't seen flowers this beautiful at any of the other big box stores around. All of the employees have been friendly and have had great recommendations for me.
