Summer was one of three agents referred to us by my realtor-brother in San Francisco. My husband and I were looking for the "Just Right" property in Petaluma. Her introductory email sealed the deal; she admitted she didn't have loads of experience in raw land purchase, but also proved she had *lots* of area contacts and a 'go get 'em' attitude. Summer quickly learned that her role with us would be atypical and she totally rolled with it. There weren't a lot of options, but each parcel required in-depth research. Nothing was standard. Summer is a quick study, and was always there with the best expert to help us analyze the property; Conversations with The Well Guru, the Septic Guru, trips to the county records department, Legal Experts, and Environmental Experts made up our last few months together. We finally found a great place, though not in Petaluma, and not what we had originally had in mind. Summer made the whole process easier and more importantly she made it FUN!
