This was the second and last time I'll use this place to watch my dog. I thought I'd give them another chance because they were convenient and it was a last minute thing. I only needed for them to watch her for about 30 hours. I dropped her off Saturday morning and picked her up Sunday afternoon. I dropped her off with enough food for 2 days, a blanket that she sleeps on, a toy, and a bone filled with peanut butter. When I went to pick her up I noticed that her blanket, toy, and bone were not in her kennel. I didn't think that was the biggest deal ever BUT when I arrived back home after picking her up, she did the same thing that she did the last time I brought her home after picking her up from Petcations. My dog drank so much water I had to fill her water bowl up twice. I take her on 4+ mile walks every week so I know what her normal water intake is even after a lot of exercise. I've never seen her drink water like that. I called them after I got home to discuss why my dog was so thirsty. They told me that there is water in the playrooms and outside and the only time that they do not have water available is when they're in their kennels. This leads me to believe that they just leave them in their kennels for long periods of time. Maybe that's not true but it's the only thing that makes sense to me. I want to like this place because it's convenient like I said earlier, but sadly I can't. read more
