They tattoo your dog without your permission. The place is nasty. Don't use this place. My little…read moregirl is having a second surgery to remove the tattoo put on her once flawless pink tummy that will never have enough hair to cover that ugly black circle with a line through it. Just a terrible place . Don't go there you will regret it. Also they put her retractable lead in the kennel with her. She's a six month old puppy who chews and eats everything! This has been the most stressful spay I've ever had done. I was in rescue for about 25 years and never has a vet tattooed my dogs EVER!!!!! TO the vet who marked my dog! You need to ask the owner if they want that tattoo. In essence your saying everyone who gets their dog fixed is going to lose their dog at some point and guess what I have NEVER lost a dog..I am an excellent dog handler and an excellent guardian to my pets. Ask before you tattoo!!!!!!!

I've used this vet for almost 10 years. I have never had a bad experience until now. Several…read morethings, here we go.. 1. one of their vet techs is scared of big dogs, don't work with animals if you can't handle them‍. 2. I took my dog in for an ear hematoma. She has a history of ear infections but this is the first time she's gotten a hematoma. They didn't do a culture test on her ear, and shoved a surgical plan at me, barely explained it, and wanted $800-1000 to treat an extremely common issue. I went ahead and put $150 down but they wanted the rest within 2 days. Not in this economy honey booboo. 3. When I went to pick-up my $150 refund, the receptionist dude smugly smiled and snakily said well hopefully your dog is okay. (Before anyone says anything I'm getting a second opinion from another vet, and have consulted with a vet tech friend. Hematomas are very common and if monitored and taken care can dissipate within 2 weeks. I've done a lot of research and tbh this just seemed like a money grab.) I will be looking for a new vet with more reasonable pricing. I truly don't believe they care about the animals anymore and that it is about the money.

Our dog has NEVER bit anyone, EVER, but anccording to this licensed Vet it's because "she's older now.". She's only 6. She knows her commands. Sits, lays and "all the way" which is her laying flat on her side, and then some. When asked for a treat to help her not focus on the shot and have her do the commands the vet said "we don't reward bad behavior." Dog was brought for a callous on her elbow. I'm a big believer on energy, and my dog wasn't feeling this place at all, for whatever reason. I've never had a vet hold any of my dogs down for blood work. I'm talking pure bred European Dobermans, Mals and much more "intimidating" breeds than a Shepard mix. If you're worried about a bite, put a muzzle on or refuse service. You don't hold the dog down, when worried about a bite. Very weird experience, however they didn't charge us, as nothing was done, and we will continue going to the vet we used prior. Came here because we just moved to this area and it saved us a drive but it didn't spare my dog any. We'll continue to make an hour round trip for a vet who can handle our beloved dog with care and doesn't put her in fight or flight mode for simply drawing blood.

I have witnessed her smile lots of times. I receive a printout every year. I would recommend her clinic to anyone needing a good vet.
