    I wish there was negative ZERO stars to rate this location…read more RUN FAR and FAST! Absolutely horrible store location! I am incredibly disappointed, to say the least at the negative customer service I experienced today at store #2296 grooming salon today. I am a disabled veteran who has been having my dog groomed at this store location for over a year with no issues. My 13-year-old senior dog Kanye's scheduled appointment time was at 6 pm. We arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once Ms. Celeste finally acknowledged us and begin her routine inspection of our dog, I explained to her that the scheduling system would not let me input the normal notes I leave for each reservation stating Kanye's health condition and request for express service due to his age and that the system instructed me to let an associate know what my notes are upon arrival. At this time I was told by Ms. Celeste that she was aware of the issue and that she would also recommend express service but she did not have time to provide that service for Kanye. She also stated that she does not offer express service for her 6 pm appointments. She ultimately refused to service my dog at our scheduled time, while offering for us to try to schedule again next week. When I expressed my concern about the lack of communication on the store's part, she called her manager, Ms. Julia to handle the complaint. When I relayed my concerns to the manager, Ms. Julia she confirmed that the store would not honor the scheduled appointment time and that I could schedule some other time. She then hurriedly said the next available times and when I asked her to repeat them she stood still and stared at me for about 2 minutes, then stormed out of the grooming salon. I asked another employee if they could help us schedule a new appointment time (grooming barber) and she radioed back to Ms. Julia to see if she was returning to finish assisting us. At this time Ms. Julia came back into the grooming salon and stated that she would not repeat the next available appointment times and asked me to leave. I asked on what grounds and she said because she can't help me and will not repeat the next available times for us to return. I reminded Ms. Julia that the only reason I am having to reschedule is because of the store's lack of communication she decided to get an appointment card and write the available dates and times down on it. A simple phone call letting me know about the express service in advance and a genuine apology for the inconvenience would have been the professional way to handle the scheduling issue. My complaint was handled unsatisfactorily by the manager and Ms. Julia's threatening and hostile tone and handling of the situation in front of my special needs 11-year-old son is truly distressing and goes against PetSmart's code of ethics.
