They wouldn't let me return a pair of dog rain boots because I didn't have a receipt and I had paid in cash. The woman looked bothered and told me there's nothing she could do for me. I would have been fine with store credit but I guess this how they do business, I won't be coming back.

Horrible grooming. How do you take your pet to get a trim and cut and your pet comes out worse?! They ask how short and you say just a trim not too short and they take off almost all of your pets hair? What is the point of asking if your just going to do what you want? Never again will we bring our pet there for grooming.

Didn't even read it. Just copy and paste response. Even put it on there twice.

I know the world is in a different and abnormal place right now, but when I go somewhere that I have gone to for 5 years and told I need an appointment for a nail trim when there are grooming standing around, what is the point. I told the young lady, that I tried to make one on the app, but there is no where for me to do that. She responded with "you should of called". I have never needed an appointment for this sort of thing, but hey, what do I know, right?! Just means I won't be driving 25 minutes to Petco for a half rate job. And to think that I did not want to believe that it had started going downhill. So if anyone reads this, please if you can, give me a recommendation for a new groomer. Thanks. Update: pretty sure they didn't even read this. If you look at the picture provided, you can see the same response twice and half way through, where my name is located in the beginning, it says "customer name". I understand that this is a corporate business and they have guidelines to follow, but you should at least read your worse reviews.

Receptionist Cristina has an awful attitude, she's not efficient and creates unnecessary situations. She's at the wrong job. I went to this place twice. Should had never given them a second chance. My first experience there wasn't too good either. They're more expensive than others and have no empathy with dog or owner. Having to deal with an unprofessional Manager, Lisa, was the cherry on top. She yelled at me even after I asked her to lower her voice twice. I was transferred to her by Cristina without even asking to speak to her. I was just calling for an update on the status of my dog as to when he was going to be released. This was my 3rd call trying to find out that simple information. Lisa just had to ask me how she could help me. Instead she went by what Cristina said to her and started yelling at me without even hearing my side...BIG MISTAKE for someone called a Manager. The technician who was to call me with updates happens to be Lisa's son. Quite unethical of her to yell at me for calling for an update her son had not given me as he had stated he was going to do 8hrs prior when I left my dog with him. This lady badly needs a Customer Service 101 refresher course. I was a paying customer and deserved to be treated with RESPECT. A good Manager APOLOGIZES for the delay and tries to solve the issue right way. She escalated a simple phone call unnecessarily. A good Manager would make sure all the patients are well taken care of. Can't emphasize RESPECT enough.

His name is Jordon. Unfortunately, he is one of the laziest people i have ever met. He only works 1 day a week. Comes in AFTER everyone else has set everything up for the day. He makes sure he leaves early every time (of course just in time to NOT help anyone clean. He will disappear from the dog group he is assigned to for up to an hr at a time leaving whomever he is working with to have to watch all the dogs by themselves which can be a safety issue for the other employee AND the dogs. He coordinates his breaks and lunch 1st screwing up everyones schedule including the people that were there 2 hrs before he ever shows up. When he does decide to grace everyone with his presence (you know, in the place hes being paid to be) he pays no attention to the dogs. He sits on his phone for hours, not playing, interacting, watching, monitoring ANYTHING! He wont get up to help anyone with anything, even during an almost dog fight. Now, why would a business allow someone who works 1 day a week to come in and cause all that chaos and irritate and piss off the employees who dedicate 40 + hours a week to that business? Why would they continue to pay someone who does nothing but treat the business a social club for themselves with no care to the safety and well being of the animals they are entrusted with? Well, because hes the managers son of course.

When someone saw me looking at puppy collars and found out that I was adopting a Golden, they had lots of good advice! My one complaint is with the Kong crate that I bought. First of all, I have arthritis in my hands, and it just about killed me to get the box open and to get the crate out of the box. When I finally did, I realized it was A USED crate! The pan on the bottom had dog hair and hadn't been cleaned! See pictures below. I didn't even have my pup yet!! I was furious! This was a very expensive crate! On top of that, the bottom latch is bent. It still works though. So, I killed my hands opening the box, got a used item and then had to clean it because I'm picking up my puppy tomorrow. There's no sense in complaining to Pet Smart. It's obviously not their fault. My time is better spent giving this review and preparing this crate for Hope. Kong has a really good reputation which is the reason I bought it. Just goes to show you...you can't trust anyone. Update: I just called Petsmart and they were very happy to give me a new pan for the bottom for the crate, which is just what I asked for! THANK YOU PETSMART!!!

I can no longer bring my dog here because they do not have a hammock and she is unable to stand for the full grooming, I appreciate being given this recommendation. My maltipoo can get spicy when getting her nails and teeth done. IMO, Yesenia is the best groomer my Petsmart PSL
