Was great for a long time and then they raised their price without any notice and started charging a 3 percent credit card fee. They gave us back the fee but their price is 50% higher than the place we use now. The place we use now is just as nice and they don't try to add on extra fees for extra services. After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now. read more

Our Juliet LOVES going to day care! We started her with behavioral training with Miss Tracy a few years ago and began taking her to day care at the same time. She's also attended sleeprovers while we were out of town. The staff loves her like she's their own! Mariah, Manny, Jasmine, Myla, and Miss Gabby are just amazing! I have been with essential paws from the beginning... first the grooming kyra is a very skilled groomer, but, when dropping off dogs at 9 am you never get to speak to her direct, this is a problem! I had ayalsa grooming one of my dogs and she did not trim around his peep.... And one time I went in krya wasnt there and another groomer was doing my dog? That's a problem!! Boarding, they are always changing and having new employees, last time the owners Kyra and Gabbie were out of town, with newbies watching over the boarding, I take concern with this, plus was told they have a supervisor watching over them! beware.... If you are self employed you are responsible for the entire entity can't pick and choose. Needless to say we will not be going back. read more

Words can't express how wonderful the staff here are. Was my first time taking my little man here for daycare / boarding and I really couldn't be happier with the experience I received :). My dog was spoiled with love and belly rubs. Loved all the photo updates I received. They're very transparent and fantastic. Nothing to ever worry about when leaving your little fur baby while out of town or on the go, they will be in great hands! 3 cheers for this wonderful little gem! Took a chance after inquiring about my neighbors well groomed dog and bought my two dogs to be groomed before the long road trip back north ahead of us. I was extremely pleased to see the facility when I walked in which was very relaxed for the dogs AND CLEAN! They have there both doggie day care and grooming. My two dogs never looked so shiney!!!! Only bad thing I can say is I will have to wait a 9 months before im back here to bring them in to be groomed again. fabulous job ladies!!! I highly recommend this place and welcome to the island!!! Updated review (7/20/20): In addition to daycare (see below), we have now also used overnight boarding for an 8 night stay over July 4th. I loved the pics and cute notes that we got via text once or twice a day! I've used other places that have webcams, and thought I would miss that. But having the personal touch was actually very nice. And even though they let her play in the hose (her FAVORITE thing in the whole wide world), she wasn't messy or stinky when she came home. We also recently got Brizo "detailed" while at daycare. Wow! That is hands down the best she's ever looked. They said they removed an entire dog of hair, and I believe it. She's so smooth and sleek! Attached is the pic they sent us for July 4th, before the grooming - but she's still pretty cute ;-) Original review: We have only used the doggy day care so far (and maybe grooming once?), but have had great experiences. Its so convenient for us to drop off our GSD when we go out on the boat. She seems to have a great time. They are super flexible on drop off and pick up times and reasonably priced. I also like that she doesn't come home dirty, like some other daycares we've used. And we have never had an issue getting an appointment, even on short notice. read more

We've taken our dogs here many times for daycare and overnight stays and are thrilled with the care. One of our dogs is elderly, blind and hard of hearing and they take such good care of her. If I could give it more stars, I would. We have three fur babies. 2 Golden's and a miniature Doodle. The girls have stayed at 'camp' for a day, and came home happy. They have been groomed and looked great when I picked them up. I have had sleepovers and it was a good experience. We have to be in Miami for a week for a surgery...I am driving from Jupiter to have them stay at their Resort. The people are loving, experienced and do a wonderful job. read more
